Professional Experience
As a therapist with six years of counseling experience, including extensive work with teens and young adults, finding practical and individualized techniques that provide immediate relief is Sam’s priority. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working from a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach. She received her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Buffalo in 2012, Licensure in 2014 and Dialectical Behavior Therapy Certification in 2018.
